By submitting this form for myself (if under 18 by my parent or legal guardian), I understand and agree to release and hold harmless the Kenai Peninsula Borough, City of Soldotna and the Kenai Watershed Forum, along with its board of directors, officers and anyone involved in with the Run for the River, including sponsors and volunteers, from liability and/or injury or death sustained on the Run for the River race course or park grounds. In initializing and submitting this release, I am stating that I am aware of the inherent dangers involved in outdoor recreational sports in general and with race-running in particular. I am also stating I will hold harmless the above named from any and all lost or stolen items. I very grant my irrevocable permission the Kenai Watershed Forum and its authorized agents to use my name and any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of my participation in this event for any purpose.
